Class Experience
To learn strategies, skills, and how to self-regulate ADHD symptoms.
I have been a teacher with over 15 years of experience, I have worked with students with neurocognitive diversity. I am also a behavioral scientist and live with ADHD.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
All in class.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
