Class experience
Over the course of 3 days (1 day a week), your child will listen to and help read the book, "Pick Your Own Quest: Escape From Minecraft", written by Conner Hoover. Every few pages of this book leads to the opportunity to make a choice on how to continue. Your child will work together with peers to decide how to continue with the story. Dependent on the pace of our readers, this club may finish the book prior to the end of the three days. If this happens, it will allow the learners time to...
At the close of this club your child will have demonstrated how to work together with peers when choosing how to move through the book. They will have the opportunity to improve their listening, waiting and turn taking skills when discussing the story and what may happen next.
