Advanced Level
In this course, learners will be introduced to the more detailed aspects of what vipers are, where they live, what they eat and how they are categorized. This is a advanced class and will going into the anatomy of the viper, ecology and diet. We will go into the 5 viper families and learn what makes them so different. This will be a live zoom class once a week for 4 weeks. I incorporate lots of visual aids to support the subject and encourage interaction with the students. I suggest my beginner viper, elapid and snakes courses before this. Sections will be as follows: 1. Viper anatomy breakdown, organ and bone placement and digestive break down. 2. Viper venom system, glands, teeth and toxins 3. Viper senses, heat pits, eye sight, smell, hearing and taste. 4. The extremes, biggest fangs, biggest body, smallest body, most toxic, least toxic, and most harmful to humans.

Teacher expertise and credentials
I love to teach about all creatures great and small, especially if they are covered in scales, lick their own eyes, breath underwater or even fly!
I have had over 10 years of experience with animal rehabilitation facilities, zoological parks and nature museums.
I love getting people excited or even freaked out about this huge animal kingdom and the amazing things that they can do.
I was raised on Wild America, Steve Irwin, The Kratt Brothers and any animal show I could find, I have had all sorts of creepy crawly pets and find that the most scary might just be misunderstood.
