Description
Class Experience
I have been a certified veterinarytechnician for more than 30 years and have been teaching at a local community college in a veterinary Assistant Program and a variety of Veterinary Science programs for grades 3-5, 6-8, and high school. I am also a homeschool mom! At home, my family has 3 mini horses, 5 Nigerian dwarf goats, 9 chickens and 3 cats! I am passionate about sharing my experience and love for animals and veterinary medicine with others!
Additional YouTube videos will be posted. There is no required homework but most classes will have practice exercises and videos recommended to those who would like to complete them.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
Some additional YouTube videos will be posted and learners are not required to watch them if they find the topic to be something they don’t wish to watch. Some topics may be difficult for some kids, such as certain diseases.
