In this ongoing class, athletes with previous stretching experience will meet to continue growing their flexibility, and learn new floor and acro tricks! This class is perfect for gymnasts, cheerleaders, dancers, ice skaters, and more who would like to continue growing their flexibility, and learn acrobatic tricks. As this class is ongoing, and one week does not build upon the next, learners may come and go as they please! If your learner is new to stretching, or simply is not interested in floor tricks and acro, check out my “Stretch and Flexibility Class for 5-10 year olds". **As this class focuses on advanced stretching techniques and acrobatic floor tricks, it is important that athletes have previous stretching and tumbling experience, including having mastered the following skills to join**: -Strong Bridges *plus bridges from standing -“Good Leg” Split (flat on the floor) -Forward Rolls -Backward Rolls -Handstands -Cartwheels If your learner has not mastered these tumbling skills, check out my “Beginner A” and “Beginner B” Gymnastics Classes. Parental Guidance
While skills in this class are taught by using drills and progressions, parental guidance is necessary, as any sort of physical activity can be dangerous, and could potentially result in injury.

Supply List
Students should wear moveable athletic-wear in order to fully engage in each activity. They should also have a safe space to practice stretching and floor tricks, free of any obstacles. A gymnastics mat, yoga mat, or soft surface should be available for performing skills and stretching. A water bottle is also advised.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Hello there! I'm Teacher Madi, your culinary guide and fitness enthusiast based in the sunny state of Florida. With over 5 years of experience running a successful food blog and a deep understanding of allergies and recipe substitutions without compromising flavor, I bring a unique blend of expertise to the kitchen.
In addition to my culinary background, I'm currently pursuing a master's degree in dietetics, further enhancing my knowledge in nutrition and healthy living. This approach involves tailoring my teaching style to their individual experiences, interests, personality, comfort levels, and strengths.
My class offerings are as diverse as my background. I offer a range of classes, spanning from lessons focused on fitness and culinary skills to learning based on individual interests and curiosities.
