Description

Class Experience

*****Students must have taken my other Pre-K Early Readers class BEFORE registering for this class*****

In this advanced class, students will build their reading and writing skills by:
Rhyming
Counting the syllables in a word
Blending sounds together
Segment or break words down into individual sounds
Substitute one letter sound for another one to make a new word
Singing songs and rhymes
Playing word games
Reading rhyming books

Geared for ages 4-5. We will not be reviewing letter sounds....

Students will:
Build letter formation skills
Strengthen listening and pronunciation 
Explore creativity

I have been working with this age group for over 8 years. I enjoy working with these early learners.

Students will be assigned weekly homework that can be uploaded to the classroom upon completion.
