Class Experience

Beginner - Advanced Level
This class is a wonderful way for your learner who has some understanding of music theory to continue their study of theory. We will approach music in an engaging and practical way that is great for learners at the advanced beginner level to build their knowledge of theory and their musicianship skills. The class will be taught in a combination of lecture, listening, aural learning, and discussion. This class is interactive and the learners are encouraged to actively participate in the aural skills and discussion part of the class. The last five minutes of class is "connection time" and will be used as an opportunity for students to ask questions on the material as well as time to share a song or anything they've been working on musically outside of class. It is an opportunity to grow and for other students to gain appreciation and inspiration for music.
