I have taught life skills for the last seven years at the high school level. I have also taught cooking lessons in my community. I know that listening to the students is one of the most important parts of teaching. I also know how many things I did not know when I first moved out. These lessons are designed to help students to have increased confidence and knowledge about being independent.
