In this course, Learners will learn basics about how to care for a car. In this class, we will discuss: - How to check the oil -How to check tire pressure -How to fill tires with air -Where to find the gas pump on your car... Without getting out! - How to hook up jumper cables to jump your battery. - Getting an oil change Some of these concepts may be taught with a pre-recorded video, such as filling tires and hooking up jumper cables to a second car. 55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
We will be dealing with cars, air compressors, other machines and corrosive materials. Students do not need a vehicle to follow along, nor are they required to mimick the teacher during class.
