Description
Class Experience
Children will practice social, public speaking skills, listening, and gaming etiquette skills. They will engage in coordination, gross motor, fine motor and scientific activities. They will also have the opportunities to enhance their computer skills and technical competency through gameplay.
On gameplay days, learners will need one device for Roblox and one device for Zoom. On non-gameplay days, the list of supplies will vary each week. I will provide ample time to obtain supplies and will also have alternative suggestions for those with limited supplies.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
I will prescreen Roblox games for age appropriateness, however if parents are concerned about the content of the game, I strongly suggest being present during the class for supervision. If there is a game a parent would not like us to play, please let me know and I will make sure we do not play that game.
