𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨 𝘿𝙚𝙨𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣:
Welcome to ADHD Quest, an epic role-playing adventure designed just for middle school students with ADHD! In this 6-week online class, students become heroes in the fight against Lord Dopa Myne, the Master of Distractions, and his sneaky Minions who try to keep them stuck.

Through fun challenges, group problem-solving, and real-world tools, students will learn how to:
✅ Focus better and finish tasks
✅ Manage distractions and overwhelming “to-do’s”
✅ Master their time and build daily routines
✅ Stay motivated when things feel boring or hard
✅ Pause and think before acting impulsively

By the end of the course, students will walk away with their own “ADHD Superpower Toolkit”—practical strategies they can use every day to feel more confident and in control.

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙒𝙚’𝙡𝙡 𝘿𝙤:
Each week, students will face a new “Minion of Distraction” through:

Interactive Role-Playing: Students become heroes with unique skills
Fun Challenges: Break big tasks into small wins, conquer time blindness, and more
Real-World Tools: Learn strategies like timers, checklists, and rewards to “defeat distractions”
Group Collaboration: Work together to problem-solve and celebrate victories

12 Lessons
over 12 Weeks
Lesson 1:
Welcome to ADHD Quest RPG
 Objective: Build excitement, create characters, and introduce the adventure.
Activities:
Students design their “Hero Avatar” (name, strengths, struggles, role).
Introduction to Lord Dopa Myne, the Minions of Distraction, and the tools they’ll earn.
Explanation of how the game works (XP points, challenges, and rewards).

Lesson 2:
Meet Sir Shiny the Distractor 1
 Objective: Learn to defeat distractions and stay focused.
Key Skill: Timed focus strategies 
Activities:
Week 2: Identify distractions (“Shiny Objects”) in their own lives. Practice 5-minute Focus Battles.

Lesson 3:
Meet Sir Shiny the Distractor 2
 Objective: Learn to defeat distractions and stay focused.
Key Skill: Timed focus strategies
Activities:
Week 3: Expand to 10- and 15-minute focus sprints with check-ins. Earn XP for completing tasks.

Defeat Captain Chaos 1
 Objective: Learn to break overwhelming tasks into small, manageable steps.
Key Skill: Task chunking and prioritization.
Activities:
Week 4: Practice turning big tasks (e.g., “Clean my room”) into step-by-step plans.
