Beginner Level
In this class students will learn how ADHD can impact planning skills and develop tools to be able to plan in a more ADHD friendly way. Due to our brains executive functioning differences traditional planning tools are often unhelpful. The strategy taught in this class is highly visual and allows for more flexibility in the planning process which enable learners to harness their ADHD strengths. As a certified ADHD lifecoach and fellow ADHDer, I know how important it is to keep my classes interactive to keep learners engaged. This class will use a combination of instruction, discussion and an activity to cover the content from a multimodal approach. Learners will have the opportunity to try out the strategy and will leave with a new tool in their toolkit.
