Class experience
In chis class, we'll meet with others and discuss our awesome ADHD brains. Each week, we'll discuss personal milestones and celebrations, discuss what's worked for us, and gain insight into other learners interests. We'll discuss how ADHD works, how it makes us different, and how we can use our ADHD to our advantage. I have ADHD myself. I was diagnosed with it years ago. Since then, I've found ways that help me stay focused and even use the ADHD with my photography. I use it to help connect with, and teach, photography to others that have ADHD.
