This class will be an interactive game of Pig. Pig is a game that is played by rolling the dice, tallying up the numbers and the first one to reach 100 wins. This game allows a student to think strategically, if they decide to be 'greedy' and keep the dice they will end up losing all their points. Students will learn the concept of taking turns, the longer they hold the dice the higher chance they have to lose all their points. Pig also incorporates basic math skills as they will have to...
You will need a dice, a piece of paper, and a pen or pencil to keep score.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
