Sometimes kids don’t want to use their fingers because it can be embarrassing or they are nervous if someone sees them. I have been taught a way where I have used for years to help you not use your fingers.
Class experience
US Grade Pre-Kindergarten - 8
Students will be learning how to do bubble numbers for 1-9. Then they will apply it with addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. I will present numbers on a whiteboard and have student practice with me and show on paper. Then we will do addition and subtraction. I will give homework to practice. Week 1: Bubble Letters Week 2: Addition Week 3: Subtraction Week 4: Multiplication Week 5: Division Week 6: Review
