Class Experience

In this one-time workshop class we will take your monologue from one-dimensional to multi-layered and captivating to watch! The learner will bring a monologue of their choosing. Class begins with learners doing a cold read-through. Then, the topics of breaking the monologue into beats and the basic understanding of objectives, obstacles, and tactics will be covered. Professional Actor (EMC)

There is no assigned homework, however the learner should come to class with a prepared monologue (does not have to be memorized).

A one-minute monologue

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Please make sure the learner's monologue is age-appropriate.
