I have worked as a professional actress and performance artist for well over a decade. I love acting and have been fortunate enough to travel throughout the United States as a paid actor. When I’m not performing, I can be found in schools directing the school play and teaching young actors how to bring characters to life. As an actor, I know how important it is to continue to practice your craft and I'm excited to help other young actors by providing a safe and fun class.

We will cover a spectrum of emotions and how to portray them in a realistic way. You child may be stomping and shouting one moment, laughing another moment, and "crying" the next. Some material may explore mature themes (bullying, stealing, murder). I do not use material that includes profanity, but when dealing with published works some material may include wording that may be condisered controversial. I will always inform students that they are not required to use any language that they find offensive or goes against their family values. If you have concerns about this feel free to reach out to me before registering for class.
Monologues and Scenes will be shared with students via Google Drive. Any student who does not have access to Google Drive will have the material emailed to them. Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
