Description
Class Experience
This class is great for beginners or those who have some Improv or Acting experience. We will be creating scenes on the spot inspired by exciting Acting games designed to inspire our imagination. We will take turns exploring different characters. We will change our voices and change our movements. Together we will invent stories in-the-moment! One of the many games we will play is called Transforming Objects where we gather everyday toys/objects around the home and transform those things into...
Learners will learn how to perform on the spot in front of a group. Through a supportive environment, learners will have the opportunity to express themselves in different ways through many characters that they create.
I have over 5 years experience teaching children Improv and Acting. I studied at The Randolph College for the Performing Arts for Acting, Singing and Dance. I have been on a TV show and I have numerous theatre and film credits.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
