Class Experience

Students will learn how important it is to use their five senses while acting, called Sensory Work. We will do improvisation exercises using sensory work. Sensory work is a technique that involves recalling an experience that will evoke different emotions, while using your five senses. Actors who understand this technique do much better in auditions. The students will receive a handout that we will complete in class to help them understand what sensory work in and how to use it. This is a fun class where everyone will participate.
Learning Goals
Students will leave this class understanding how to use their five senses when they are doing commercials, movies, voice overs and auditions.
