ACT Reading Camp
In this 3 hour course, students will develop reading skills necessary to read ACT passages and answer questions successfully. Feedback will be provided for students regarding which skills areas they should work on.

The ACT course is an immersive class and students will be fully engaged during the sessions to ensure understanding. The session will be fun and stress free for students but allow them to ask and answer questions. Student will be required to download material provided and purchase any relevant material so they can be fully involved in their learning. This class is taught in English.
Students will increase their understanding of the ACT Reading assessment and develop skills necessary to read fiction and non-fiction passages. Students will also learn strategies for answering passage questions.
Homework Offered
Students will complete homework necessary to support learning. Homework will be reviewed at the beginning of each session.2 - 4 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
All learners will take an ACT Reading pre-assessment and will take a post assessment. Results will be provided to the student via their Outschool portal with an analysis of areas of concern.Grades Offered
