Description
Class Experience
This class is taught in English.
By the end of the 8 sessions students who have attempted their ACT should be able to improve their math score by at least 5 points while regardless on their Math background. Students who are preparing for their 1st ACT attempt, if they apply all strategies should be able to score at least a 21 on the math portion of the test.
I am a level 5 teacher as per TVAAS with vast experience in Math and Physics instruction.
Homework will be independent and should take about 30 minutes. Time may vary depending on the individual.
1. Note book 2. Pencil (preferred) or pen 3.calculuating device (TI 84 preferred). A cellphone or screen calculator can be used.
Assessment will be continuous since this is a test prep class, students will be pushed to work on sets of questions in timed settings. The scores will be tracked for growth.
1 hour 50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 2 - 4 hours per week outside of class.
