US Grade 9 - 12
This is a group ACT English Prep class. This class is for continued practice after students have either taken ACT Prep English Workshop or 1:1 ACT Prep Class. The ACT English section covers grammar and rhetoric. The beauty about this exam is that it covers only the non rule breakers. What does this mean for students? The rules for usage are transparent and solid. With instruction and practice, students can improve both their understanding and confidence with the grammar and rhetoric of not just the test, but English as well. Every session will feature a different past ACT Exam that will be sent to registered students to be printed and ready BEFORE the class. Students will complete an entire test, with a timer, followed by test corrections. They can then use these completed tests with correction notes to study for the exam with their other ACT Prep materials.

Students will gain both skill and confidence needed to be successful on both the ACT English Exam and Freshman Composition.Other Details

A printed copy of the exam sent to them, two pencils, whatever timer they will use on exam day.
