Description
Class Experience
In this 4 week course, students will review material in order to prepare for the ACT. We will cover the basics of the test, fundamentals, algebra, geometry, word problems, and trigonometry. We will also cover techniques for solving these questions. I taught test prep for several years, and I can help the students gain confidence that will enable them to do well on the ACT. The ACT is a standardized test, and because of this, we can apply techniques to the problems so we can use our time...
Students will gain the confidence and skills they need to master the math section of the ACT.
I have several years in helping prepare students for tests like the GRE and MCAT.
The Princeton Review ACT prep 2021 book and plenty of scratch paper! and a calculator
1 hour 40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
We'll be using The Princeton Review ACT Prep book in this class. I'll be using the 2021 version.
