Description

Class Experience

"Act It Out! Intro to Theatre" is a class perfect for students new to theatre or those hoping to sharpen their acting skills! Students will practice characterization, story structure, movement, and creative expression.

This class will be highly interactive and  focus on the Actors Toolkit: 
-BODY (Facial Expression, Physical Body Language, Movement)
-VOICE (Intonation, Pronunciation/Articulation, Projection)
-MIND (Creativity, Imagination, Self-Concepts)
-CHARACTER (Relationships, Character...

The students will learn vocabulary and practice using their imagination to create characters and stories. They will also practice using their voice and bodies in creative ways and be a part of an ensemble.

55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
