This is a limited Christmas class that will run until late December 2020, class sizes will remain small to ensure that every learner feels heard and has the best creative experience possible, so book your place soon! In this three day workshop you will learn two techniques for paint pouring on Christmas ornaments. Day one: Acrylic pour painting, technique one. Day two: Acrylic pour painting, technique one. Day three: Glaze and reflect. Please check the material list to make sure you have the required supplies. (You may still be able to do the workshop if one or two of your materials are missing but it is ideal to have everything suggested for the best learner experience.)

Supply List
-Plastic Ornaments/ Christmas Baubles x 8 (any colour you like- we will be painting over them, the tops need to be able to pop off) -A variety of acrylic paints (Some popular brands of craft acrylics are Amsterdam, Americana, DecoArt, FolkArt, Apple Barrel, and Artist’s Loft. Some brands offer liquid acrylics which are ideal but any acrylic paint will work for our intro class.) -Plastic cups (approx 5) -Foam (see diagram) -Toothpicks (see diagram) -Thick/long stick or pole (see diagram) -Two bottles with handle to fit stick/pole through (see diagram) -Jumbo wood craft sticks -Empty Metal Cans or extra plastic cups -Wax Paper -PVA glue (or pouring medium) -Water -Disposable Gloves -Apron -Paper Towel -glaze (here are some that I have used and recommend: Rustoleum Crystal clear enamel/ Liquitex gloss medium and varnish/Cabot's Cabothane Clear Water Based)
