Class Experience
In this one-time class, we'll get our paints and create a work of art! This session's theme is "Northern Lights"! This class will meet one time for an hour. Students will have detailed guidance to ensure their success in completing the project while allowing them the necessary creative freedom to make their painting unique. Learners will be encouraged to express themselves freely with their creations, while still receiving the guidance necessary for success. Students will need acrylic paint...
1 file available upon enrollment•Acrylic paint (Recommended colors for this project are white, black, magenta, dark blue, bright blue, and aqua) •A variety of paint brushes, including large brushes for covering large areas, small brushes for details, as well as square, pointed, and slanted brushes for various techniques and effects. •A canvas panel, stretch canvas, or paper designed to support acrylic paint •Water and paper towels for washing brushes •A paint palette •"Grubby" clothes and a drop cloth or work area that won't be damaged by paint. --A blow dryer is recommended to speed up the drying process.-- PLEASE NOTE: Acrylic paint is permanent and will stain clothing and furniture.
