Description

Class Experience

The "3" chords that will be taught in this introductory class will be "D", "A" and "G" which has formed the basis of most popular songs. This class is totally interactive, as the student(s) and the teacher will form and shape the chords on the guitar and strum and execute to completion of the task, learning those first "3" chords. The student will need an acoustic guitar to learn and play on.
It is recommended that once the "3" chords are learned in the class session, the student practice at least 30 minutes a day, shaping and forming the chords and strumming until the next level class is taken.
The student will need an acoustic guitar to learn and play on.
The learner will be assessed in real-time, informally, and interactively by the teacher to assure completion of the task of learning the "3" chords.
40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 2 - 4 hours per week outside of class.
