Class Experience
In the class the student will be learning the basic facial procedure. We will talk about how to keep your skin healthy and breakout free. We will cover different skin types. The best products for each skin type. What should be avoided on certain skin types. This portion will be a lecture then open for discussion. Next, we have a practical part where the student will use their doll and learn the proper way to cleanse the face. We will talk about proper hand movements and removal. The...

As aasrer Instrutor and Esthetician I want to help adolescents learn how to keep their skin in the best condition. It is vital to the skin. Good skin helps build confidence and boosts self esteem
No homework assigned but student should practice on their self or a parent, sibling, or friend.
Pen or pencil Paper Mirror 1 headband 2 wash cloths 1 hand towel 1 small bowl of water about 1 cup 1 teaspoon liquid face soap 1/2 teaspoon of sugar in a bowl 1 tablespoon of lotion A plastic baby doll or doll face. (Not a barbie)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
