US Grade 4 - 6
Welcome to the writing class where you will reach new writing heights throughout this course. As Abraham Maslow once said: In any given moment, we have two options, to step forward into growth or to step back into safety. All Students are welcome whether you are experienced or looking to finesse your writing, come and be challenged to new heights. ~In this course, you will learn how to craft great sentences, paragraphs, and essays. Over the years, I have helped over a thousand students excel in writing, the reviews can elucidate this. ~My goal is to ensure that students will experience learning in a dynamic and engaging environment and thus I will use a variety of interactive tools, videos, and presentations. Additionally, students will have access to a plethora of examples to help facilitate their learning. ~It is crucial for students to not only consume the content, but implement their learning into their work, and therefore there will be plenty of opportunities for them to do so. ☀️Learning Expectations and Objectives Students will receive all materials at least two days before class to ensure any document PDF can be printed. If there is no way to print these out, then ensure you have plenty of paper or a notebook to utilize during class. Every student will be asked to participate to gain further insight into class content, exercises, and assignments. ~Chat may be used whenever deemed necessary, however, students will need to be respectful of others and post class-appropriate content. ~Every learner will have one week from the class to complete all the necessary assignments ☀️Other Important Information Students may choose to hand in their writing if they choose to. I mainly review writing during the week, but students will have one week to complete any in-class assignments and send them to me. Any work turned in after will not be reviewed unless there are extenuating circumstances. Recordings are available if learners miss the class for any reason, and please let me know if you need access to the presentation. ☀️ I look forward to having your learner in class for an engaging learning experience!
