The goal of our summer Algebra 1 course if to prepare your child to confidently and successfully navigate their upcoming semester of math. Through expert instruction, collaborative student learning, and cutting-edge technology, we aim to provide you with the best educational experience available this summer! What’s Included: *10 live classes, 75 minutes in length (for 12.5 hours of live instruction) *Each class includes: instructional notes, guided practice problems, homework (with answer key), and a quiz *Start of course pre-test and end of course post-test (with student growth report) *Total learning time of approximately 20 hours Class Curriculum: Class 1 – Solving 2-step and multi-step equations Class 2 – Solving 2-step and multi-step inequalities Class 3 – Solving literal equations Class 4 – Function notation and terms Class 5 – Linear standard form and intercepts Class 6 – Linear slope-intercept form Class 7 – Linear point-slope form Class 8 – Converting between linear forms Class 9 – Parallel and perpendicular lines Class 10 – Introduction to systems of equations

Not only that, but I strongly believe that learning should be fun! Making content engaging and exciting is just another way to ensure that what we learn sticks!

My standardized-test-prep students regularly improve their ACT composite scores by 4+ points and their overall SAT scores by 250+ points!
