In this 6-week course, students will deepen their knowledge and command of French.
Class experience
This class is designed to deepen skills in French. It is especially geared for students who have completed Part 1 and Part 2 of the Accelerated Beginner French Camp. We will beworking at the A1 level. While this is still a beginner class, it builds on acquired knowledge. Learners should be familiar with articles and nouns, pronouns, verbs in the present, compound past tense, pronominal verbs, and near future with aller. Students will learn fundamentals of French, and practice through reading, listening and speaking.
I am a native French speaker and have done a lot of tutoring and teaching French to kids. My strategy is to engage the student and make it as pleasant and fun as possible, so that learning comes naturally.
Homework Offered
Homework assignments will involve online quizzes, worksheets, crossword puzzles, speaking, listening, and writing prompts. Each student is expected to review the lesson after class.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
