Academic Writing Tutoring
Learners will hone their writing skills in preparation for academic or professional writing in their careers.
Class experience
US Grade 8 - 12
Students will be assessed for needs in developing their informative, persuasive, narrative & creative writing skills and discuss their goals for growth. Grammar, word choice, flow, as well as how to write for various situations will be covered in tutoring.
To ensure effective tutoring, the teacher suggests meeting 2x per week. Book additional recurring meetings after the initial purchase.I have a Master's degree in Instructional Design and have tutored K-12 students for over a decade. Academic and/or professional communication through writing is a key skill when entering higher education or the workforce.
