Using tools within Adobe Illustrator to create Abstract Letter Art. Adobe Color, and Adobe Fonts are also used.

2-4 hours per week. The homework before the class will be to ensure that Adobe Illustrator is installed, and that their parents have logged in using an Adobe ID. The homework after the class is to complete the artwork using the process I have taught them. I would love to see the learners final creations if possible by exporting as a PDF and sending/attaching via Outschool messaging. I would be happy to give feedback here too.Assessment
Verbal feedback will be given during the lesson when the learners upload versions of their work to a shared Padlet link. It will also allow other learners to see what their peers are creating to help them with their own artwork.Class Experience
In this class, learners will learn how to begin to create a piece of Abstract Letter Art, using tools within Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Color, and Adobe Fonts. Students will be shown the process in which to do this, which they can begin in the lesson themselves, and of which they will be encouraged to repeat the process to embed the technique. Learners will be encouraged to show me their work via Padlet during the lesson to obtain verbal feedback. Learners can then complete this piece of work after the lesson, should they not manage to complete the work in the lesson. This class would suit a learner that has an interest in digital art, graphic design, and that has some basic experience of Adobe Illustrator.

In order to be able to make the most of this class, parents of learners (or learners if they are of an appropriate age) should have purchased, and downloaded Adobe Illustrator, and have an Adobe ID.
