ABRSM Music Theory in Practice: Grade 8 - Flex (Ages 13-17)
In this 8-week series of online, pre-recorded video flex classes, students will learn about a variety of topics in music theory, such as pitch and tempo; these online music classes also contain a general focus on teaching melodic, harmonic, and rhythmic dictation, with a narrowed focus on topics such as how to write a continuation of a given opening of a passage from a Baroque trio sonata, how to complete an outline of a short passage for the keyboard, and how to write a continuation of a given opening of a melody for a specified instrument, all taught in preparation for the ABRSM Grade 8 exam by the Music & Language Learning Center by Kristine Dizon.
