Description
Class Experience
Each week learners will explore a different letter as we work through the alphabet. Learners use included worksheets to practice letter forms (uppercase & lowercase), related level sight words starting with that letter, letter sounds, and create a craft related to each letter to sustain interest and help the learner’s memory of the letter form and sounds. Individual lessons are independent and learners can attend individual letters or all 26 classes. Required materials: pencil, crayons,...
Learners may practice letter forms or sounds after class. Learners may put finishing touches on crafts after class.
Required materials: pencil, crayons, scissors, glue, paper, print provided worksheets Optional materials: colored paper (packs usually available at Dollar Tree), colored pencils, markers, blank or lined paper if a printer is unavailable to print materials
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
I will report to each family on strengths and areas of possible growth individually.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Young learners may require guidance during class.
