Mandala Materials: Either colored sand, dried flowers or herbs which can be purchased at an herb shop or online, markers, or gathered materials of various colors such as rocks, leaves, etc. (This is maker style, so kids can be creative)

Indian Elephant Art: Materials of choice- Either watercolor and waterproof black pen, markers, acrylics, colored pencils, or pastels.


Salt dough or play dough for Map

Materials of choice for the model of an Ancient Chinese Village (Lego, clay, play dough, craft paper, outdoor materials like grasses and rocks, etc)

Materials of choice for the Great Wall of China (Legos, clay, blocks)
Learners will be assessed through their completed work and through participation in posted forum discussion.
No live meetings, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
