In this on-going course, your child will engage in ten different writing units where they will work on their understanding of the writing process, writing craft, basic editing skills, and presentation skills.
Class experience
US Grade 1 - 3
This is a school-year long course or summer mini session that focuses on the steps of the writing process, basic editing skills, presentation skills and building a writer's craft. We will focus on a different writing unit each month. Students will improve their overall understanding of the writing process. They will learn and practice how to transfer their ideas into written format. They will learn how to check and edit their work. They will practice reading aloud their works during class.
