Class Experience

Mindful Breathing.
Optional, but will encourage learner to continue practicing with  ideas for mini practices.
Learner will need a comfortable, quiet space in the home, free from noises and distractions.
Informal review.
20 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
