In this mindful story time, Learner listens to The Giving Tree, explores compassion, motivations & balance between giving-taking, is encouraged to do one random kindness act a day & ends with a peaceful meditation that is self-nurturing.

Description

Class Experience

Do one random act of kindness to a relative a day.
Learner will need:
A calm place where he/she may sit or recline comfortably, and enjoy the story telling time;
A work area, like a desk, dining room table,  or the floor;
A drawing notebook or paper, and color pencils or crayons. 
Reviewing student listening comprehension as part of the story telling.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
