I am offering this class as part of a four week series on anger management. I am offering it as a stand alone to introduce the concept of visualization and visual imagery as a cool down strategy for anger management. I have been a teacher since 2008, focusing much of my experience working with extreme behavioral management and special education students. I have been a behavioral therapist since 2014, working on and out of the homes with students with severe behavioral challenges.
