Class Experience
In this ongoing class, we will be delving into the world of sight words. Why are these words so important to learn? Here are a few reasons: Boosting Reading Confidence: Mastering sight words can give learners a confidence boost in their reading abilities. Tackling Challenging Words: Learning sight words enables students to handle more complex vocabulary with ease. Homework will not be assigned in this class, however, we do suggest for learners to practice their words everyday.
PDF will be in the classroom Markers/crayons/color pencils Safety Scissors Hand held dry erase board (can be found at the Dollar Store or Target) Dry Erase marker Folder or Binder (binder would do better) Suggestion: It may be easier to create a daily folder for each day with the materials/worksheets already ready for your learner. You may want to also try colored coded folders for each day; example: Monday-red, Tuesday-blue, Wednesday-green and etc. I try my best each week to let you all know what we are working on each day. If you need any other tips, please let me know. I love to help all of our learners to be organized.

25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
In this class we will be using NearPod from time to time. You will not have to purchase an account; a link will be shared in class on the screen.
