Working as an elementary teacher of 22 years allows me to be confident in my ability to teach students concepts in a fun and exciting way. My husband and I have owned a catering company for six years. Cooking, baking, and eating yummy foods are definitely my passions!
The following are the ingredients and supplies needed: box of graham crackers vanilla extract cinnamon butter brown sugar lemon juice 1 box instant vanilla pudding 1 8 oz. container of Cool Whip 1 can condensed milk (not evaporated milk) 1 can of crushed pineapple or pineapple tidbits Optional: strawberries or blueberries for additional garnish on top of pie pie pan/plate (can be disposable) 1 gallon Ziplock bag rolling pin or cooking mallet spatula cutting knife (for strawberries) mixing bowl Small microwave safe bowl or cup Mixing spoons measuring spoons
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please check the ingredients list carefully to ensure that your learner is not allergic to any of the ingredients. This recipe does include dairy. Also, safety is extremely important to me. Please ensure that you are nearby and available to help if needed, when your learner is using the knife to cut the strawberries. An oven will not be used for this recipe.
