An introduction to Mindfulness for young learners
Class experience
You may have heard of mindfulness before and may find yourself curious about it. In this class, you will learn simple ways to understand mindfulness, how the brain works and ways to begin to use it in your home. We will end the class with a game for you to take away and play as well as an adventure for you to share with your young learner(s).
I have been practicing mindfulness for more than 15yrs and planting seeds of mindfulness in my own children since they were tiny. I feel it's crucial for kids to have the tools to emotionally navigate this world.
Handouts will be provided as needed.
