In this fun and interactive one-time course, students will learn breathing techniques and self-talk to help them relax when they're feeling anxious. We will read "A Little Spot of Anxiety," by Diane Alber, and discuss the story. The story contains a poem and breathing technique that will support learners in relaxing their mind and body.
