In this fun and interactive one-time course, students will learn breathing techniques and self-talk to help them relax when they're feeling anxious. We will read "A Little Spot of Anxiety," and discuss the story.

Class Experience

This class is taught in English.
Students will improve their ability to manage anxiety. 
I am a certified school counselor for grades pre k - 12. 
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
