In this fun and interactive one-time course, students will learn breathing techniques and self-talk to help them relax when they're feeling angry. We will read "A Little Spot of Anger," by Diane Alber, and discuss the story. The story contains a poem and breathing technique that will support learners in relaxing their mind and body. We will practice that and discuss that it's okay to be angry, but the rules are not to hurt ourselves, hurt others, or break things when angry. We will practice...
