Materials needed for this emotions sensory regulation activity: - Jar (can be a large glass) - Sharpie Pen (can use a dry-erase marker or rubber bands) - Pom Poms (I recommend 1cm) *You can find the Pom Poms on Amazon for $5-$8. However, feel free to be creative with this material and use something you have around the house - pieces of different colored play-dough, pieces of different colored contruction paper, etc. *I recommend having the Jar (or glass) sectioned off into at least 5 sections/levels using the Sharpie Pen (or dry-erase marker/rubberbands) prior to the start of class by a parent
20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
