A Galactic Art Adventure Learn to Draw Star Wars BB-8, R2-D2, and Chewbacca
This is a single class where we will draw BB-8, R2-D2, and Chewbacca from the Star Wars galaxy. During class students and teacher will discuss their favorite parts of Star Wars.

Students will be able to show their artwork off to teacher and fellow students.Class Experience
Students will be given step by step visual instruction while they draw along with the teacher. I use a two camera system so that I can look at and talk to my students while they are watching an over head camera that will demonstrate what I am drawing. I will be discussing drawing techniques, and coloring methods, and we will discuss favorite parts of the books and movies. We will use basic shapes to start each character and this class is a great option for beginning and more advanced students. We discuss techniques such as sketching and basic construction for each character.
Learning Goals
Students will learn about form and construction using basic shapes to create a drawing of BB-8, R2-D2, and Chewbacca. Students will also be shown basics of sketching and outlining as well as how to color using a variety of media. Students will learn about forms and shapes while drawing fun characters.
Other Details
Parental Guidance
I would recommend trying out my Under the Sea Art Adventure before this class, since it will show the basic principles I will be using. This is not required but might be helpful. Especially if your student is younger.
Supply List
Paper preferably heavy duty to draw on, but printer paper can work. Crayons, Colored Pencils, or Markers Pencil and Eraser
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
