Get in the Christmas Spirit with this One-Time Frozen Christmas Dance Class! We'll begin by introducing ourselves, and get right into the dancing! We'll have so much fun playing action games and the freeze dance. Students will learn the basics of ballet and the correct terminology for each step that they do. During the last 15 minutes of our class, we'll learn a fun routine to "That Time of Year" from "Olaf's Frozen Adventure" and perform it for our friends and family. This is a great class for kids that love to move around and LOVE Frozen! *Please note, this is not a class with Elsa as the teacher, and none of the Frozen characters will appear during class. This class is a mix of freestyle dance, structured ballet, movement games, and a fun performance.

Parental Guidance
Students will be participating in a physical fitness/movement activities though out the class. Please be aware that your child can end up injuring themselves. Therefore, please make sure your child has sufficient dance space, proper foot ware (choice of ballet shoes and/or socks). In addition, I encourage all students to have a water bottle near by and to warm up before class to avoid injury. Parental supervision is strongly encouraged to help your dancer maintain their safety and spacial awareness.
Supply List
Students should wear comfortable clothing that they can move in and socks, gym shoes, or dance shoes.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Teacher expertise and credentials
Hi! My name is Miss Emily, and I teach dance to kids of all ages.
I began dancing at a young age, and my love of the art form carried through into a professional career. I danced with companies such as Six Flags, and at the "Most Magical Place on Earth" - Disney World!
Upon returning to my home state of Wisconsin, I opened a successful dance studio. There, I train dancers pre-professionally in ballet, tap, jazz, & lyrical. In addition to teaching children, I train other instructors in safe, age-appropriate dance curriculum. I believe every child should have access to quality dance instruction, and I love that Outschool expands that reach.
On Outschool, I love teaching dance in a fun and engaging way to children ages 3-7. I teach themed classes like my "Frozen Friends Ballet Dance Class", and an "Under the Sea Ballet Dance Party", as well as specific ballet classes! I offer one-time, multi-day, ongoing, and flex classes in multiple different themes to suit every young learner!
