Using music from "Olaf's Frozen Adventure," we will celebrate the Holiday with a story, some dancing, and a simple cotton ball Olaf craft!

During this one-time, live class, we will be having a Frozen Adventure with Olaf, Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, and Sven! We will begin our class with introductions. Then we will read the book "Olaf's Frozen Adventure" (Olaf's Frozen Adventure Little Golden Book by Andrea Posner-Sanchez (Author), Joey Chou (Illustrator)) and dance to some of the wonderful songs from the movie. Following our book and dancing, we will create an Olaf using paper & cotton balls =) It will be a simple, but fun craft for all ages!

Parental Guidance
with any active dance class, there are risks for injury. Please be sure your student has adequate space, is wearing comfortable clothing, and also has a water nearby just in case! Also be sure to inform the instructor of any conditions or reasons for caution.

I teach Movement classes in studio and online as well! I have been teaching dance for 15+ years to all ages (18months - adult) as well as Fitness classes to kids and adults. Dance has been a major part of my life for 32 years and I love bringing that passion to others. I've worked with young and old, special needs, low-impact or injured, wheel-chair bound, and all others!
I believe that Dance/Movement is a rare "sport" that is all-inclusive; gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, emotionally stimulating, builds self-confidence, improves discipline & listening skills, and much more.
My family consists of my super supportive husband, my oldest daughter (8) youngest daughter (6), and then the littlest one is 3years old, but he was born 3-1/2 months early. We spent a significant amount of time in the NICU in the city we live in and are forever grateful for modern medicine! Our life has been a rollercoaster and, as crazy as this sounds, I wouldn't have it any other way... mostly. haha!
Being a mama myself, I try to be flexible with my schedule and appreciate the understanding from parents as I navigate our medically complex son's needs as well as two active girls!
