Class Experience
Welcome to a Day with Allie (Greeting)! In this one day course students will learn four basic greetings, 5 action words, and Allie's favorite song, "Dime". Students will sing, dance, and play a group game. Students will practice the follow vocabulary: Buenos Dias - Good Morning Buenas Tardes - Good Afternoon Buenas Noches - Good Night Hola Amigos - Hello Friends Arriba - Up Abajo - Down Corre - Run Baila - Dance Salta - Jump Dime - Tell me Muchacho - Boy Muchacha - Girl Como te llamas...
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
There is a brief section where students will have the opportunity to demonstrate some of the action words. For example, the teacher may ask students to (salta or jump). It is recommended for students to have adequate space and supervision to demonstrate the action words. Students are not required to act out the actions as some students prefer to only watch the puppet act them out.
